Job Description:

Flexible schedule, work on your own time! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team on a commission basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in reviewing government contracting opportunities, qualifying them, and accurately entering them into our Salesforce CRM application. You will also be responsible for reaching out to potential subcontractors who can provide the necessary goods and/or services, and pricing. This position offers a unique chance to gain practical experience in government contracting and business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Government Contracting Opportunities to identify viable projects.
  • Qualify contracting opportunities based on company criteria.
  • Accurately enter qualified opportunities into our CRM application.
  • Conduct outreach to potential subcontractors to assess their capability and interest in delivering goods or services.
  • Maintain detailed records of communications and follow-ups in CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless handoff and follow-through on qualified opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM applications and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in government contracting or business development is a plus.


Compensation: This is a commission-based position with earnings tied to successful project acquisitions and subcontractor engagements.

 Job Description:

Seeking experienced Salesforce Consultants, to join us on future engagements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate and implement Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs. The Salesforce Consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations, integrations, and enhancements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals. Provide expert guidance on how Salesforce can be leveraged to achieve their objectives.
  • Solution Design: Design and propose scalable Salesforce solutions that align with clients' business strategies. Create detailed documentation, including process flows, data models, and integration plans.
  • Implementation: Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Implement workflows, validation rules, and custom objects to meet specific business needs.
  • Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and other tools.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and administrators on Salesforce features and functionalities. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients to ensure successful adoption and usage.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, administration, or development. Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development. Strong knowledge of Lightning components, along with knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and Salesforce integrations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
